Where we ship
Product and country availability is determined at checkout. Our current supported markets are the United States, Jordan, the United Kingdom and Germany. Some products have narrower restrictions. The Oil Sprayer is available only in the United States.

Shipping cost
Eligible orders receive free standard shipping when checkout is available for the selected product and destination.

Processing and delivery
Processing and transit times vary by product, fulfillment location and country. A fixed delivery date is not guaranteed. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. You can also review our Tracking page.

Address changes
Email eslivingstore@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Problems with delivery
For a delayed, damaged, missing or incorrect item, email eslivingstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos when relevant.
