SHIPPING COST

Free standard shipping is provided for eligible orders that can be completed through our current supported markets. No separate shipping charge is added where checkout displays free shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Processing and transit times vary by product, fulfillment location and destination. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery date. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Carrier delays can occur. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a package arrives damaged or incorrect, contact eslivingstore@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue with the fulfillment or delivery provider.

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES

International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties or import charges imposed by the destination country. Any required amount will be handled as shown at checkout or as required by the relevant authority.

To request a return, contact us at eslivingstore@gmail.com before sending any item. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions in writing. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with tags if supplied, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, applicable consumer law may provide a 14-day right to cancel or return an order. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
